How it’s going…

While continuing my academic work as a women's health specialist and assistant professor, I am equally passionate about public education and training healthcare practitioners and service providers. I collaborate with health organizations and communities, and offer courses and trainings in the South FL community and online. Additionally, I actively volunteer with nonprofit organizations to support women who cannot afford rehabilitation and therapy services.

My courses bring together the best of academic and practical approaches to contemporary health challenges, combined with a nuanced and sophisticated understanding of women's health. Delivered through an engaging, application-oriented, and discussion-based approach, I am committed to making complex concepts accessible and equipping practitioners with frameworks and tools for critical thinking and real-world application.

My seminars are a fusion of holistic health values, modern insights, and pedagogical innovation. Blending the best of traditional and contemporary methods, I am dedicated to educating and empowering individuals and communities, especially women.

Core Values

I am committed to the following values for purpose-driven moral leadership, impactful education and training, and community-building:

  • I am dedicated to empowering women by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support necessary to take control of their health and well-being. Through educational courses, therapy sessions, and community outreach, I aim to equip women with the skills and confidence needed to navigate health challenges, make informed decisions, and lead healthier lives.

  • I am committed to promoting health equity by ensuring that all women, regardless of their background or financial status, have access to quality healthcare and support services. My work with nonprofit organizations and community outreach programs focuses on bridging the gap in healthcare disparities, advocating for inclusive health policies, and providing essential resources to under served populations.

  • I strive to blend traditional health wisdom with contemporary scientific insights and innovative teaching methods. By combining holistic approaches with the latest advancements in women's health, I create engaging, application-oriented educational experiences that address contemporary health challenges. My goal is to deliver practical, research-based solutions that enhance the well-being of individuals and communities.
